I like it! There's nothing like a little frustration to enhance desire. Perhaps I can put in one of the spanner screws from the old collar and let her touch but not wear. I'll have to figure out if that would create more or less frustration for her... I'll have to be careful though since I can hardly wait to see it on her. It might frustrate ME too much! Let's see, comments ... Well, it wears perfectly. I really thought that since it was gold that I would have to worry about it bending, but it's very strong, keeps its shape and is quite sturdy. I had feared that it may bend or change shape while sleeping or if the baby pulled on it, but so far it has withstood everything. I was also concerned that I may not like how the screws looked, but once I saw them and had it on, I really liked it. It's also quite comfortable. The edges are not sharp or harsh and it was really easy to get used to. I haven't taken it off from the day that my Master put it on me, and I have no complaints at all.

As for appearances the collar is quite beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on it. Many "vanilla" folk are curious about why it is screwed on and why I wouldn't want to take it off, and I just tell them that my sweetie had it custom made and we did it that way to keep it safer. *grins* There is little maintenance for it, I just rinse it with soap and water in the shower every morning and then once a week run the polishing cloth over it.

I have no complaints at all and anyone who thinks they may be interested ought to just go for it, it's been very well worth it!!

We really love the collar, the gold is exquisite, the clasp is very original, and we like the fact that it takes two of us to put it on or take it off. This is exactly what we were looking for.
