Taking Measurements:I suggest that my clients use either a dress-makers tape measure or even a piece of string. First measure the circumference around the neck, then begin to loosen the loop till you have the amount of play that feels comfortable (generally between 1/2" to 1-1/2" larger than the neck). Send me this measurement. Or, if the wearer is going to be wearing clothing like turtle-neck shirts and you want to wear this collar on the outside, then have the wearer put on a turtle-neck, and take the measurement with the shirt on. These are my common suggestions. In the end the fit of the collar is up to you or the wearer. *Note: Measurement may be in Metric or Inch Standards. |
